An RBT works one-to-one with an individual to teach targeted skills which have been identified through a comprehensive or focused behavioral assessment. The RBT utilizes the concepts and principles of ABA to target pivotal skills required to increase independence and promote generalization. Each RBT is directly supervised by a BCBA. In addition, each direct service includes supervision by the clinical support team which includes a BCBA, BCBA-D, and in some instances a BCaBA. Direct services can be provided in school, in home, and/or in the community.

  • All direct services provided by an RBT or staff enrolled and passing the required RBT curriculum.
  • All direct services are supervised by a clinical support team consisting of a BCBA-D, BCBA, and BCaBA.
  • All direct services utilize ABA to improve the quality of life for the individual, their family, and their community.
